Logotype & webdesign for a portfolio. It seemed logical that the website layout should be creative rather than polished, yet discreet enough so as to not compete with the artist’s own illustrative style. Gold and silver are the main accents, but complementary colors are present throughout the sections of the site, thus infusing life in a background otherwise heavily influenced by the gloomy Prohibition Era. Feminity is present through the suspenders.
Behind the scene, this was my first WordPress project and I had to learn everything on the go. The site needed to be customized to the client’s work, such as creating custom post types for the art and books or an agenda for the upcoming signing sessions.
